Pros

This organization has grown explosively over the last few years and is poised to continue this trend. The leadership has a keen sense for utilizing unique opportunities to expand our reach in varying markets, and they value mentoring over dictating. No matter what position you're in, they'll find your strengths and what you genuinely enjoy doing, and make sure you succeed. My director always stresses that we shouldn't work too many hours even though they do, and that their hours shouldn't set the tone for how much we feel we have to work. They dedicate a lot of resources to give employees the opportunity to succeed, and have a wide array of awesome benefits that I haven't seen from any other organization Everyone in the organization strives to help each other, and I can't think of a better company to work for.

Cons

I genuinely can't think of one.

Pros

I was able to work from home.

Cons

The supervisor with this position is the most micro-managing individual I have come across in over 30 years of employment. This was the Most Surreal 30 Day working experience I could imagine. Evercheck/Ce Broker gave me exactly 30 days in a position before letting me go because of "how the training sessions went." This is despite their own admission that my performance was fine. There was absolutely no warning that I broke any policy. I worked extremely hard until ten minutes before they let me go! They convinced me to leave my job of over 5 years. I gave it my all anyway and would never have quit on them with no notice. They hire you acting like you are the greatest and then treat you like a child. Very strange and unprofessional.

Thank you for your review. We very much regret it any time we have to release a member of the team, especially so early on in their tenure at CE Broker. We work hard to coach and mentor each of our team members from the start and to ensure that there is a solid mutual fit in terms of both job duties and company values. We wish you the best in all your future endeavors.

Pros

Benefits package Paid time off Most of the callers are pleasant

Cons

The upper level management is difficult at best. There is very little transparency in this company. Favoritism, not merit based, raises and promotions. Messy HR department and policies. I had a nightmare of an experience with CE Broker’s small and under qualified HR department.
