      Great benefits, no micromanaging, volunteer time off, above-average parental leave policy, flexible hybrid work environment, company sponsored learning fund to up-skill, good work-life balance

      Open office concept, somewhat siloed teams, poor communication from leadership about decisions made

      High standards, low compensation

      Pros

      Management was very organized and responsive. Training was thorough.

      Cons

      Pay is quite low considering the level of responsibility, knowledge, and skill required to do the job. Expectations are very high and compensation does not match that.

      Great company and great people

      Pros

      CE Broker really does bring on talented people. You probably won't ever encounter an incompetent coworker. I've heard that the recruiting process is really thorough, but as a current employee, I think it pays off!

      Cons

      There are some things the company could do better, but every year they improve in so many areas and I think they're on a fantastic path moving forward. I can't imagine working anywhere else.
