      Pros

      Great culture and a leadership team that cares about the advancement of everyone at CE Broker. There's a ton of opportunity for growth at the fast-growing company.

      Cons

      Even though we're a relatively small to medium-sized company we still have trouble moving fast on new opportunities.

      Pros

      Excellent work/life balance, great pay, excellent benefits, respectful and appreciative atmosphere, growing company with advancement available from all levels.

      Cons

      This company is not for the clock-punchers or those who want to be an anonymous member of a huge team. Each person's work matters, and it's more about accomplishments than it is about just showing up and clocking in to do the minimum. People who succeed are enthusiastic, agile and interested in continuous learning and improvement.

      Pros

      Good benefits and non transparency (I know that is not a pro, but there is a five word minimum and I could not think of any other pros besides benefits for them)

      Cons

      Bad over paid management, low wages, and uncaring human resources
