Pros

- Remote work. - Awesome leadership team. Seriously, everyone is so nice. Super welcoming! - CE Broker has the coolest HR Manager. She makes work fun :) - Amazing health benefits. - 401k, PTO, produce delivery program, and $50 gym stipend - The chance to work for a company that is going to take over the continuing education world - Immense opportunity for growth. - The CEO dispenses company profits at the end of the year amongst employees depending on how much we make as a whole. This is rare for any CEO to do and makes me proud to represent his company.

Cons

None. I'm lucky and honored to be part of the CE Broker team.

Pros

• 3 weeks paid vacation • Flexible work schedule • Chance for remote work

Cons

The EverCheck product itself is fundamentally flawed and management refuses to acknowledge it. Management has a huge problem with anyone who rocks the boat or speaks negatively, creating a tense atmosphere where most problems go unsaid. Former employees have been let go for speaking out or doubting the current process. They hire the wrong people, which leads to good workers being overworked, undervalued, and given an undue share of the blame for when the flaw product fails.
