      A nightmare working there

      Nothing to share vacations work from home connection day

      Cons

      A company that has lost all sense of transparency and a good work environment since it was sold to new investors. The new leadership team is composed of egocentric and deceitful individuals who only seek to promote themselves, without considering the years of work put in by the people who built the real business. Be careful of what they tell you personally and what they say behind your back, as it is often different. I do not recommend this place for working peacefully.

      Bad job stability

      Good technologies. Good coworkers and friends.

      Cons

      In just 2 years, the new investor destroyed the company. We are stuck with no opportunity to grow, with a low salary and no job stability. Now the objectives and projects are not clear and it's a complete mess since more than 60% of the developers were fired

      Disappointing Decline After Company Sale

      Some of the employees were genuinely great to work with.

      Cons

      -Leadership deteriorated into a bureaucratic mess with high salaries. - Favoritism was rampant, based more on personal relationships than actual job performance. - After the company was sold to a U.S. investment fund, layoffs began, even affecting managers. - The organization retained unnecessary roles like a "Birthday Chief Officer," while developers and other essential staff were deemed expendable.
