A great place to work for below market value

Pros

Great culture and people. Lots of growth opportunities if you’re willing to stand out. Plenty of room to shine. Amazing benefits.

Cons

Pay is probably roughly 30% under market value for most positions. Raises are yearly but not much if any. The benefits do make up for it a bit, but those of us that have been around for the long haul are not being rewarded for it while newer hires are being paid more.

Pros

- Opportunities for growth have been increasing! As the company continues to excel, I've seen so many new jobs since I first started here. - Culture and atmosphere! The company really stands behind their values, inside and outside the workplace. It's also a super laid back and casual environment. I like the people I work with very much. We're like one big family. - Remote work options available for those in office and around the US. Not many companies offer this kind of flexibility. For those working remotely, the company brings us to the office twice a year. I love that I can see my coworkers face-to-face twice a year. - Benefits are awesome! 15 days of vacation, fitness reimbursement, discounts on organic produce...Although I don't take advantage of all the benefits they are available to all employees. - I feel valued here. Management and other departments do listen to you. They are open to discuss topics and accept feedback. We're all part of one big team working towards the same goals.

Cons

No cons for me. Just all the pros!

Pros

Flexibility, great benefits, even better coworkers, and the work allows for enough problem solving and researching that it keeps it from growing stale as quickly as most other support jobs.

Cons

Like all support roles in any given company, some of the people you speak with can be frustrating but the Pros certainly outweighed that Con for me.
