Energetic and growing team looking to change the healthcare industry
Pros
EverCheck really does care about its people. There's a huge push for work-life-balance and the culture is reflective of that. All of the individuals I've worked with are truly dedicated to their respective job duties and are always moving forward. The company is growing rapidly right now so every day is a learning experience and personal and professional growth are inevitable.
Cons
Growing pains, which should be expected with a company growing as quickly as EverCheck is. Sometimes we find ourselves working with processes that worked when there were 5 people but no longer are productive with a team of 15. That said, team members are comfortable with vocalizing these concerns which is huge in overcoming and alleviating these pain-points. We're working on it!
