      Pros

      In my experience working at ProService the biggest pros would be the culture and value. Although the company has many smaller departments they encourage and engage the organization to collaborate together. With the many departments ProService has, there is always room for growth and management is very open to supporting you in your career path. The company works with employees to ensure a good work life balance. Not to mention the view from the office, definite plus.

      Cons

      The work is very fast paced and constantly changing. Multitasking is a huge factor and at times could seem like the workload is heavy.

      Obsessed with company culture! Always taking care of the people that power the business Fully stocked juice/soda fridge and daily snack cart Flexible hybrid work (wfh + in-office days) Strong competitive position and brand familiarity in Hawaii

      Cons

      Complex sales process selling PEO to local businesses that are unfamiliar to the concept, but that's just the nature of the beast in this industry.
