Pros

I have been working at ProService for 3 years. In those 3 years, I have gained a lot of great work experience. I have been able to grow in my profession and develop the skills needed to excel at my job. I love the culture and support that I receive from my co-workers and management. ProService is a great place to work at, whether you are just starting a new career or looking to advance your current occupation.

Cons

A downside to working at ProService is that we generally work in small teams. While this works a majority of the time, ProService is a fast paced environment, which can sometimes make the workload seem heavy.

Pros

It's very common to have a team that is unbalanced, where only a few contribute more than the others. However, I see our team bonding stronger and collaborating to push each other to tackle the hardships. If you do payroll tax related work, you would know that the IRS and the states are in chaos since Covid. Even if the agencies do not answer our calls or respond to our inquiries, our team still continuously puts in the effort.

Cons

Even when our team does our work and put in the time to respond to the tax issues, I do not think our workload is getting smaller. However, this is not because our team lacks competence, knowledge or effort. I just find it a hard time for payroll tax accountants as the IRS and the states are backed up.
