      -There's some quality people who genuinely care and work hard at this company -Some benefits are decent (ex: health care and 401k is ok)

      Cons

      -Low pay considering the high level performance expected and work life balance is practically non-existent. -Turnover at this company is high. Initiatives are constantly changing and disorganized.

      This job has taught me so much after and not solely work related, but networking and communication. Great company culture, love working remotely. Amazing training and coworkers!

      Cons

      High volume of work for certain positions and can be overwhelming. The company does actively try to provide resources for employees; however retention in some departments is low.
