The people genuinely care a lot about our clients. Employees strive to deliver service excellence that is personal, thorough and accurate. Client sentiment is very strong as a result and it's a deeper type of partnership connection than experienced by most companies in the HR/Payroll space. The teams are innovative and move quickly to constantly improve the way they work individually and as a team. It's a work hard / play hard environment.
Cons
Every company has areas to improve and ProService is no exception. The company is currently focused on innovating the training experience to focus on the right breadth and depth of training. We are also focusing on creating more efficient processes to mitigate stresses on workloads.
