      I am able to work remotely and they are nothing but caring for their employees and clients.

      Cons

      I fly to Hawaii only once a year.

      Pros

      ProService has built a wonderful culture and has a passion for service. Whether it be caring for its internal employees or our clients. The Culture is incredible, they foster career growth, and support the "right fit" for the employee and the role. Its also very rewarding working with some many people all dedicated to their clients and getting their job done well. Also really good communication and alignment on our goals and KPIs as we discuss progress weekly.

      Cons

      Sometimes I do think the executive team focuses on a Work harder vs. Work smarter mentality but we continue to grow, learn and reevaluate as needed which is crucial.

      Pros

      Proservice truly is one of the best places to work. The whole company is rooted in its core values and those are exemplified on a daily basis. Other pros are: Super great benefits and lots of food Fun culture and awesome coworkers An inspirational yet down to earth CEO Proservice is a job, but they encourage a healthy work-life balance. It is a place where people aren't just told what to do, but learn how to think for themselves and work as a team.

      Cons

      Proservice is super accommodating to every person's needs, but maybe having different office locations around the island could help with others' commute
