Proservice Hawaii reviews

The culture at ProService is what makes us so unique. The entire company lives and breaths our core values. I have worked at other companies that say they core values but not one person could actually speak to them. That's not the case here. Ask anyone at ProService about our core values and they will gladly talk your ear off if you let them! Not only do we live our core values but everyone in the organization has an understanding of core purpose, BHAG, annual and quarterly rocks. This information is communicated in our monthly company meetings (did I mention pau hana afterwards with food and drinks!), weekly in our CEO's musings, and in our day to day activities. We also have a super fun company theme that surrounds our annual goals. Everyone in the company is involved and participates and this year if we hit our goals we will go to NY City as a company! How can you not love working for ProService?!?!

I have been at ProService for 3 months not (give or take), and I can say it really is one of the best places I have ever worked. Every single person at ProService is kind, welcoming, and super supportive of all their team members. The recruiting process is really, really transparent but also extremely thorough. It might take a few interviews but you walk away from it knowing they really care about who they bring on to work with them. Everyone throughout the recruiting process is supportive and values how you experience it. Since starting, my team is incredible and I learn something new every day. Proservice really values contributions by its employees, and has so many ways it recognizes us! I have never seen a company recognize its employees so much like Proservice. The work is fast-paced and you aren't going to be bored, or feel like you are just doing busy-work. I always feel accomplished when I finish the day. There are so many perks working here. I would recommend it to anyone.
