I have been here for about two weeks and I'm extremely impressed. Proservice is like no other company I've worked for . They Strive for excellence, but their culture and environment is very employee friendly. I love how I'm already being challenged to grow, and management is so encouraging. You will love your job if you choose employment here.

If your not ready to grow or be challenged this is not the place for you !

The company truly exemplifies their core values. Everyone I have met has been extremely hard working, reliable, and helpful to one another! They acknowledge employees and take really great care of their employees by providing fun incentives, hosting events, and caring about your personal and professional development. I feel very supported in this company and enjoy coming to work.

It can get really busy at times.

I experienced ProService Core Values from the interview stage and it has continued in my day to day career. I needed to verify on of my interviews after I lost my planner, and the recruiter called me back while he was on PTO. He didn't make me feel like it was an inconvenience and wished me well on my next round of interviews. I have been with the company now for 6 months and can tell you that Core Values are an important part of daily life. This is an environment of constant learning, teamwork and ownership over your values and your work.

Cons

There aren't any CONS that come to mind right away :)
