I've never worked at a place where I absolutely love everyone that I work with! Not to mention lots of growth opportunities and managers that really know how to inspire their team!

Cons

The salary is really low for Hawaii's standard of living. I have to work a second job to pay rent.

. Overload of work at times . Some work can be pushed off from management . Streamline discrepancies . Very departmentalized structure . There can be pushback on work between departments due to bandwidth

Pros

ProService takes very good care of their employees! They expect a lot from their employees, but they do a great job in making sure everyone feels appreciated and is compensated fairly. There is a lot of transparency between the each department, so there is always someone to help if a fellow colleague is overloaded with work. It is the most team-oriented company I have ever worked for, and it has been a very rewarding and enjoyable experience!

Cons

I cannot think of any major dislikes I have from working at ProService. Sometimes the workload is a little overwhelming, but it has never reached the point where I felt like I was drowning. There are always people who are more than happy to assist.
