ProService is always working on developing and becoming better! Employees are constantly challenged and pushed to achieve better results. This is a culture that rewards top performs for doing a great job. Have you ever been frustrating because your coworkers do not perform at a high level and sit back and take the easy road? Well that does not happen here. All of the employees are selected through a vigorous process that ensures that only hard working professionals come onboard. Employees are included in setting and achieving the company goals and where the company stands is always very transparent. Hard work is rewarded by allowing employees the flexibility to work remotely, have annual retreats, flexible work schedules and the best benefits in the state of Hawaii.

Cons

If you are not hard worker and enjoy sitting around and not doing much at work, this culture will not be for you!
