I applied for PSH on a whim and found it to be a really fun, positive place to work. Everyone seems to actually like their jobs and working for the company feels like striving towards a shared vision.

Cons

Not many. Five word minimum.

Pros

Being fairly new to the company, you get to catch on quickly the expectations bestowed upon you. From Core Values to the the goals and progress evaluations, transparency is key, and I like it! Visuals are posted to measure success and if there is a problem, we don't point fingers, we fix it and move on. Proservice does practice what it preaches. If goals are obtained, we celebrate!

Cons

If you are not a team player and goal orientated, this may not be where its at.

Many opportunities to make extra money when you refer new clients. Strong living values. Client centric East to make your mark and move up.

Cons

No a good fit for everyone, as a result there is high turnover within the first year of employment.
