      Pros

      Proservice has an amazing "prohana" of employees who can make a long work day bearable. Our company keeps the work environment interesting and fun!

      Cons

      This is not an atmosphere where you can come in and sit back - be prepared to work hard.

      Pros

      The culture here has set the bar for me. I've never worked at a company that doesn't just talk the talk, but makes great strides to walk the walk when providing opportunities for growth, and ensuring their employees are happy being a piece of the ProService puzzle.

      Cons

      This is an HR company, so we do the work that most people would rather not do. Keep that in mind when seeking out work opportunities here.
