      ProService has an out of this world culture with much opportunity for growth. Fellow coworkers motivate and inspire you everyday to maintain pride in your work and to do your best. On top of the previously mentioned, this company has a genuine appreciation for their employees.

      Pros

      ProService Hawaii has a smart, dedicated team of staff and management. We care about our clients as much as our employees and are always seeking ways to improve and grow. The leadership team spends time on strategic planning and goal setting and then shares those goals with the rest of the organization so everyone is kept in the loop. We are also always seeking to know more about what's going on in our industry. Additional perks include free breakfast and casual dress on Friday, celebrating milestones as a company/ team and employee recognition. There are also opportunities for professional growth if you seek them out.

      Cons

      The fast-paced work environment is not for everyone and it can take a while to get fully ramped up and settled in your position. There can also be a lot of change (growth, trying new things, etc.), so it you aren't flexible you may struggle with that.
