      Pros

      High energy, lively atmosphere, unique work culture with high attention to improving errors. There is room to grow and the referral incentive program is a fantastic way to earn more money.

      Cons

      Wish the pay was higher considering the cost of living in Hawaii. Nonetheless, company perks and benefits are great.

      Allows you to meet new people, both co-workers and clients. Freedom to grow and excel throughout the company, even different departments. Gives you on the job training and offers some certifications.

      Cons

      High work load. Growing company means more work, sometimes longer hours.

      Pros

      I enjoy the work culture at ProService. It's the first time I've encountered such energy and excitement around a company's culture and emphasis on its employees. It's a great change of pace from the day in and day out routine you get from most companies. There's a lot of encouragement for growth and personal development.

      Cons

      The only office on Oahu is in Hawaii Kai and it's quite a drive from central Oahu, but I can't complain too much. I work with a great bunch of people!
