- no pension - leadership positions aren't appropriately compensated gor the additional work

Pros

Medical benefits are very good and PTO policy is generous. The students are very bright.

Cons

Would not recommend people of color work for this organization. No transparency around promotions and admin pay scale. Management unwilling to address racist and cultural insensitive comments. Executive Team is clueless and guided by their egos.

Mission Driven, Autonomy, Good Kids, supportive coworkers

Cons

Terrible management, unrealistic expectations from leadership who are not involved in any of the day-to-day work, no upward mobility for people of color, claims diversity but will not break the status quo
