Great School for a first year teacher

Pros

Warm Environment and if your a first year teacher they will teach you alot.

Cons

The school is trying expand to quickly without cultivating and securing the campus that they currently have. There is a constant turn-around on staff and that is always a red flag.

Colors printers break down a lot WT campus- limited options for lunch but not true for DT campus Salary range could be more competitive

Pros

Leadership puts a lot of faith in and responsibility on individual staff members. As non-teaching staff we have a lot of responsibility over our own growth and development, which is well supported by management. If you are hard working and full of ideas, this is a great place to build a career.

Cons

Work loads occasionally can get overwhelming, especially in support functions. Supportive colleagues and leadership that listens to concerns helps alleviate this.
