The new leadership has changed this company for the worse. The people function and the Chief People Officer comes off as fake and is condescending towards staff and people. She lacks DEI knowledge and people leadership. She is the reason why the schools do not want to be part of the network.

Salary is ok for the position

The students run the place. You will have no support from staff. A student threatened me and I got fired. She is still there. Nothing happened to the student.
