Finally found a great place to teach!

Pros

Coming from an extremely intense, no-excuses charter school, I was so relieved to have finally found a school that values me as a teacher, and trusts teachers enough to give them autonomy. I feel like my hard work and efforts are always recognized. Furthermore, the school treats students with respect, collaboratively problem solving so that all students feel supported.

Cons

Expanding into a larger network is always a messy process. Salary is not as competitive as other charters.

Colors printers break down a lot WT campus- limited options for lunch but not true for DT campus Salary range could be more competitive
