My experience with Protiviti ADC was overwhelmingly negative. Management consistently failed to demonstrate competence or leadership, often leaving teams without clear direction or support. Client dissatisfaction was a recurring issue, with contract cancellations becoming a regular occurrence. Pricing was notably high relative to the quality of service provided, creating an ongoing mismatch between client expectations and outcomes. Employee development was clearly not a priority. Training resources were minimal, resulting in poorly prepared staff and a high level of frustration among team members. In short, Protiviti ADC struggled on all fronts—internally and externally. I would advise prospective employees to approach with caution.
