Pros

Great pay and work environment as far as cleanliness.

Cons

I was thrown into a toxic environment with no support, then punished for not thriving in chaos. Told I was “not a good fit”. This is often used when they don’t want to admit the real reason—whether it’s cultural bias, clique-driven hostility, or internal dysfunction they’re trying to hide. My advice is don't talk politics or religion or personal matters. People will constantly ask. I stayed kind, trying to stay busy, and asking for direction. No one knew what I was supposed to be learning. I would be sent from station to station to station most days and never long enough to get a rhythm or feel or muscle memory for the product. If I did something wrong I never got any feedback to improve. It seemed very clickish. In 40 years of employment I have never been let go by an employer. It was demoralizing.

Hot, long hours, no benifits

Pros

Decent pay to start but no raises for a year.

Cons

Management doesn't want any conflict. They ignore bad situations and hope the heal themselves. No sick time, you have to use your vacation time for any time off and that only builds at 4 hours a month.
