The leadership structure is constantly in flux

There's some "we've always done it this way" without solid justification to contend with. This is more floor level than within my direct management, from what I've seen. Recently we've been adjusting to renovations and downsizing while trying to meet demand, which mostly worked out well. We were told there would be no raises, but they implemented a quarterly 8% conditional bonus for production level employees - which almost covers a cost of living adjustment year over year.
