Pros
Prototek is an exciting fast paced work environment to really put your skills to the test. The current leadership team have a ton of combined experience and have really impressed me with the direction they are taking the company. This is literally the best job I have ever had, and can see myself learning and developing for many years to come with Prototek.
Cons
Communication and employee outreach needs improvement. Benefits package could use a little sprucing up.
