      Company is involved in your success, they offer training that makes sure you are ready for the Customer before you end up talking to the customer and drive your success by continuing to invest in you.

      Nothing to share here, I have not experienced any downsides yet.

      Interesting software with some good team resources.

      Cons

      Lots of tenure in the organization that have a hard time breaking old habits. They are now under the Fortive umbrella, which is all about being lean. This isnt a bad thing it just means they are constantly doing workshops to improve things and reduce costs, but doesnt seem like changes are applied long enough to see if they were effectiveor not. Additionally there isn't a strong sense of stability. There have been several "re orgs" in the last 2 years making you wonder if every day is your last there.
