Pros

The people you work with are great.

Cons

Upper management is out of touch. They don't care about their employees they only use them until they're done with them. They lay off masses of people every year without fail. They are trying to grow to fast and the employees are just damaged collateral that is thrown to the curb when Providence acquirers new business they can't afford to buy.

You receive a lot of PTO but you also have to use it for your holidays. The management needs a complete overhaul they treat every examiner different. They pit the examiners against the auditors supervisor doesn’t have your back when it comes to rebuttals. Extremely low pay for the amount of work required No growth potential once your in claims you’re stuck Old dos system
