Pros

Benefits are still good until those get evaluated and reduced

Cons

100% turnaround in culture since Providence took over and not for the better. Only worried about $$$ now. Patient care is certain to suffer with recent and upcoming layoffs.

Pros

Good location, pay is ok, work-life balance.

Cons

Too many to list. It's all the little things that just add up.

Pros

This is a large organization and there are many ways the organization can innovate.

Cons

Company values were not part of my work group, especially, "We nurture the spiritual, emotional and physical well-being of one another". Behind closed doors, COO frequently criticized current and past employees. Group was competitive in an unconstructive way. There was obvious favoritism on the part of management and executive team. The best performers were rewarded even though they did not embody company values.
