Pros

Generally great people to work with who are very motivated by the organization's mission and core values. Many opportunities as the organization is massive and involved in a number of activities.

Cons

Frequent reductions in force (layoffs) means that positions are not especially secure. Struggling to maintain and retain an engaged workforce. Poor work-life balance with too much turnover.

Pros

Great benefits - EAP, 401k, medical, dental, legal, life, short-term disability, tuition reimbursement, wellness, etc. Positive culture, respectful, values-based Always evolving healthcare, innovative Takes best practices Yearly reviews and raises, based on company performance Lots of training available Ministries used to work alone, but after ACA it was cool to see the organization evolve and work together as one unit to expand services for patients. Rates best places to work in OC Great employee wellness program Lots of benefits

Cons

Everything was amazing, and the we were acquired by Providence (not a merge like they said). Providence is restructuring, elimating jobs and positions. Too many meetings, not enough time to get work done. Benefits are moving to be what Providence has, HRA and HSA. Providence is taking over executive and above leadership, which means middle management is left to worry what's going to happen to their departments and staff. Demanding and ever increasing workloads causing high turnover, stress and burnout.

Pros

Good medical benefits, and work Schedule.

Cons

Poor management, PAY is way under for the work we do, constantly understaffed. Poor teamwork and morale, poor employee retention, no accountability. Don't provide any education for CE's for continual education hours.
