      Leaders Groupism, All the leaders and seniors comes from Microsoft, so they don't listen to others. No career path, no vision No clients, only working on few old projects. No transparency, leaders are not transparent at all No Work life balance, 5 days work from office, Meeting stretched to midnight align to US time zone. Self-centric
