Pros

Benefits are good Free lunch and office ambience

Cons

Senior leadership is biased Diversity candidates are hired, but internally they are not treated respectfully HR acts according to senior leadership and acts according to them. No proper investigations to the matter. Caregivers are not heard. Voice out - again a buzz word. When you voice out there is no proper HR process for investigating the case.

Pros

They will use most latest technologies so there is a good learning scope. Lots of benifits such as we can claim bills for mobile, internet and many more. Insurance for dependent parents. Good perks and hike also compared other companies.

Cons

The only thing is it's not hybrid model. WFO completely.
