Pros
There is always a lot going on which can provide opportunities to try different things, and branch outside your comfort zone. People management processes have been leveled up, career planning is in place and training opportunities are there. While the company has grown a lot, it is still small enough that the Exec are visible and accessible. Overall the environment is one of encouragement and support, and you never feel abandoned or isolated. With offices in Wellington, Auckland and Seattle there are opportunities to relocate if you want. There are also opportunities with some subsidiary companies.
Cons
Not really a con, but you need to be prepared to work hard. That doesn't necessarily mean crazy hours, but don't expect to get away with slacking. At times comms from management have been absent, or sporadic, but there has been a real shift in that recently
