Pros

The staff at Provoke are great, you'll work with really nice smart people there. That is where the pros end

Cons

The leadership is a disaster and has been for years, the new CEO didn't fix any of this, boys club, if you want stable leadership and a good strategy work anywhere else. There is no genuine focus on the culture and the CEO blatantly says if people don't like it or him they can just leave. And people are leaving, in droves.
