Pros

Name Recognition - length of time in business. Training for passing Securiies tests was excellent - Training Manager knew when you were ready

Cons

As a new rep, your Manager is required to go out with you on all Client appointments. Now if he has sick dog or dead battery, you need to reschedule your appointment. Commissions are low.

Pros

Supportive managers, and excellent opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Cons

You will be working long hours and will be constantly in "training mode." If you don't like to stretch yourself, don't bother!

Pros

not a bad place to work - paralysed by market conditions and huge labor tunrnover. Compensation fair for role and industry.

Cons

Managment promoted based on longevity and politics, leading to sub optimal working conditions and poor decision making. Ok place to work
