Pros

not a bad place to work - paralysed by market conditions and huge labor tunrnover. Compensation fair for role and industry.

Cons

Managment promoted based on longevity and politics, leading to sub optimal working conditions and poor decision making. Ok place to work

Pros

the people and culture are pretty good. They cater to interns. I was able to talk to very high level leadership simply because they loved interns.

Cons

The red tape and HR took forever to deal with. Also you have to sit through 20 hours of training.
