Pros

Great Benefits, if you work at a Regional Office or headquarters it might be a better place to work. We do get a lot of PTO days (25 days after 5 years). Plus tuition reimbursement (although vendor for this is a nightmare!)

Cons

No room for growth if you are field-based, HR Functions seem out of touch with ensuring that hiring and promotions are handled properly. I feel separated from the company by not working at a Regional office or headquarters. It seems like it would be great to work at my Division's headquarters or in Newark. Also, health insurance is horrible!

Pros

(Scranton, PA). Flexible work schedule. Benefit Plan.

Cons

(Scranton, PA). Managerial corruption and dishonest metric practices. As an employee, I was repeatedly asked to change quantitative results produced by tested repeatable processes. These results were used to gauge performance of teams and customer feedback. Not rewarded based on performance. Its not how well you worked or any type of quantitative, quality of output that dictated your bonus at the end of the year. It was based off of who you knew and your associations outside of work.
