Good Benefits and casual culture, the work environment is very pleasant and they will pay for training. I think it is critical to continue to train your work force in this ever changing environment.

Cons

Sometimes the culture is too casual. You are constantly training people both at the job and on the phone with consultants from India.

Very professional, supportive company to work for, whether one is a parent trying to advance while balancing work/life, a student fresh out of college or a seasoned employee looking for growth opportunities.

Cons

It is an insurance company so might be a bit slow for some.

Good work life balance, most people are fun to be around, good location and building amenities

Cons

You can be laid off at any time even if you are a good worker. Management doesn't really care about the people, management has their heads in the clouds trying to get ahead by sacrificing the real workers.
