      Pros

      Most of the employees are cordial.

      Cons

      I have worked in the skilled nursing facility industry for 15 years, and this by far, is the worst SNF I have ever worked for. - The building frequently reeked of body odor and urine - Most of the employees are overworked and overwelmed - There are multiple levels of micro-managing - The main objective seems to be maximizing profits at the expense of everything else.

      Best place I have ever worked! Top notch corporation, Pruitt spares no expense everything is top quality!

      As always some of the staff don't share the vision and my passion for the work.

      Pros

      Nice co-workers, good place to start if you have not done CM.

      Cons

      They are not familiar with true CM. Too much work for just 2-4 nurses. (Over 40+ facilities). High turn over. Poor morale.
