      Pros

      Committed to Caring says it all. The people chosen to work here are the best coworkers you could ask for. Everyone works hard for the good of the patients in a family-friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      Honestly, I haven't run into any problems. I make the average salary for my profession, and I drive a little longer than the average commute, but it's worth it, and I'm glad to do it.

      Pros

      Culture of Caring Individuals. People at the facility level really want the best for their patients and families. I am amazed at all of the talented, CNA's, LPN's, Housekeepers, Maintenance, etc. I consider it an honor to work with such great people.

      Cons

      In order to keep up with health care reform we are forced to implement a lot of systems to treat our patients. I hope that that implementing many brand new systems at once slows in the coming years.

      Pros

      Education, growth, family atmosphere, wonderful management team, a true leader in the long-term healthcare world, attention to detail in regards to state and federal regulations, great reputation in the communties served. AVPs care about their facilities and the partners who work there and will go the extra mile to ensure the partners have what they need to provide quality care.

      Cons

      High pressure, multiple conference calls.
