      Pros

      Really no micro-management, sort of a blessing and a curse. No one seems to know what anyone else is doing at all. But allows you freedom to manage your own schedule. Can listen to music at my desk. Good benefits package.

      Cons

      No hope for advancement, company is completely against any innovation in work processes or technology. No raises, no bonuses, no promotions available.

      Pay is competitive. point of care system.

      Cons

      Poor infrastructure. All new requirements are given to PCC. Clinical consultant spends a handful of days at office & focus is on routine charting reviews. Consultant does not assist office with clinical medicare outcomes. Sr. mgmt micromanages & expects different results with out changing processes, strategy, or resources. We are on the front line, yet the housekeeper at corp gets better benefits than office leaders. No new hire or position specific Horizon training. Constant crisis management due to staffing model. All office staff are doing daily work loads as if we are in a mode of several partners on PTO. Constant demoralizing billing emails.
