      We need a union

      Not saying because of fear of retaliation

      Pros

      Just had state audit. From what we hear didn’t go well. We are understaffed for what is expected by the corporate folks. Local managers really care, but need more help. A union can do this for us.

      Cons

      Our building managers are over worked. Staff is over worked. Some really care but can’t operate on a shoestring. Apparently managers being threatened by corporate but not offering to roll up their own sleeves. Very bad culture. Stop threatening and get off your hind side and in a building and HELP!
