Before, interns were not offered benefits. However, that policy has changed so that interns receive generous benefits.

Individual principle investigators provides Excellent programs and outreach efforts to community; education to different ethnicity and environmental awareness.

Cons

Incompetent director of contracts and grants. Unfair, played a lot of favorism, awarded laziness and slack off colleagues and punished those who are hard work, and competent colleagues.
