Supportive management structure, clear roles and responsibilities, plentiful opportunity for professional development.

Cons

Limited opportunity for challenging work in the role I was in, unfortunately, but that was the nature of the job when I signed on. No fault of the organization.

Cons

With so many research arms, coordination among researchers can be difficult. PHI attempts to bring together a variety of efforts, and often does well, but the bureaucratic overhead can be taxing for some.
