Pros

The people are good, company does good work, and employees can grow here. I genuinely have no complaints. They developed me as an employee, and I was able to learn all the things that I couldn't at my previous job. The people here are genuinely caring about their work and about others. I have literally recommended my family to apply for jobs here and I'm extremely grateful.

Cons

Like all big companies salaries are kept within predetermined bands based on job title. I'm here to understand pay ranges for similar jobs.
