Pros

Great bunch of people to work with that encourage their employees to step up with opportunities to advance. Recognition for hard work, bonuses, flexible, good pay and benefits. They are fair, very serious about safety but can also have a sense of humor. They are protective of their employees which makes you feel part of a family.

Cons

When the job ends your employment may end, too. Unfortunately that is the nature of construction. The next job may not be as large and they just don't need as many employees.
