-Working in an team environment with a lot of autonomy and ability for flexibility and changes -The mission, vision, and goals of the company are exciting and passion driven -Equally as rewarding for employees as it is for patients -Direct communication and relationships with Administration and executives -A lot of employee incentives and internal morale

Cons

Rapidly growing company; a lot of growing pains and with being a startup there are constant changes. Not a lot of developed policies and protocols.

Pure is a small company where you have the ability to have responsibility but also a voice heard when you have ideas. Pure treats their employees with respect and gives them the ability to make mistakes without fear of doing so.

Cons

We are growing very fast and as such their can be growing pains. We do use alot of different software and tech that can have a learning curve
