Pros

Access to decent tools and software, which is about the only good thing here.

Cons

Working here felt like being trapped in a constant nightmare of impossible expectations. The higher-ups were completely out of touch with reality, barking orders that made no sense and expecting perfection at every turn. Any attempt to explain that their demands could not be met was dismissed as laziness or lack of effort.

Trust Issues? Maybe It's Just the Ego Talking

Pros

1) Lunch is on the house, and if you're lucky enough to work on Saturdays (as requested by management), there's even pizza! A slice of motivation, anyone? 2) The core tech team is packed with talent—if only they weren't slowed down by those ever-important management calls. Imagine the potential if they were actually allowed to work! 3) The HR team is always eager to help, though it's a bit tricky when they're kept out of the loop by top management. Still, kudos to them for trying to make the best of it!

Cons

1) Management seems to think Indian employees are here to relive the glory days of colonialism—working hard with little to no recognition. 2) Opinions? Who needs those? Apparently, management believes respect is an outdated concept. 3) Interns, or as management likes to think of them, the oxen of the company. Speak up? Sure, if you're looking to test the efficiency of their firing process. 4) "Divide and Rule" isn't just history here—it's a management strategy. A classic, but not exactly inspiring. 5) Salary delays are always creative: from "US banks are on holiday" to mysterious "fund wiring issues." At least there's never a dull excuse.

PureCode Software Response

We do not agree with the characterizations in this review, as they do not reflect the reality of working at PureCode Software. Our teams — both in India and abroad — are valued for their contributions, recognized for their achievements, and treated with professionalism and respect. We do not tolerate discrimination of any kind, and we strive to create a collaborative environment across all levels of the company. Salaries are paid in accordance with contractual terms, and while rare operational delays can occur, they are communicated and resolved promptly. Our interns and full-time employees work on meaningful projects aligned with their roles, and feedback is encouraged at all levels. We welcome constructive criticism delivered in good faith, as it helps us improve. However, the claims here are inaccurate and do not align with our policies, practices, or the experience of the vast majority of our team members.
